Ray started working at Bray in 1986 after completing an engineering apprenticeship which supported his initial role in machinery and buildings maintenance.

Ray enjoys a hands-on approach and over the years has been involved in all areas of production processing, working his way up to production management. 

Outside of his working life Ray enjoys all aspects of fitness, working in his garden and time with the family.
