Each applicator is 15cm long and available in two sizes:
Regular and Large.
The Large applicator features a higher silver nitrate load on the tip than the Regular size, making it suitable for slightly broader surface areas. It also has a slightly thicker stick whilst maintaining flexibility for ease of use and control.

How silver nitrate works
Silver nitrate activates with moisture, dissolving during use.
Lightly moisten the tip with a single drop of water or allow natural moisture from the area to activate the silver nitrate. Transfer the solution from the tip (either pencil or applicator) to the affected area, no pressure is required.
