Mandy, who joined Bray in 1999, has a good understanding of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance for medical products. This knowledge and understanding are gained from 20 years experience working in pharmaceuticals and medical device manufacturing, and from studying for her Post-Graduate Diploma in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. Mandy is passionate about employee development, with focus on supporting correct behaviours, values and culture, where mutual respect and doing the right thing is paramount.

Away from work Mandy loves sharing happy times with her grandchildren, going on long leisurely dog walks with the family and taking part in fun and energetic music led fitness classes.
